What's In It For You?

What You'll Be Doing

- Install custom vehicle accessories and upgrades according to customer specifications

- Remove factory-installed components and install aftermarket or customer-requested accessories

- Install items such as graphics, splash guards, cross bars, remote starts, bumpers, and other vehicle upfits

- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and torque wrenches

- Verify proper torque specifications and key product characteristics (KPCs)

- Follow written work instructions and dimensional technical specifications

- Perform final inspections to ensure quality standards are met

- Properly identify and document non-conforming materials

- Review installation schedules and complete builds according to production priorities

- Follow all company safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

- 6 months to 1 year of accessory installation experience

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively

- Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills

- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specifications

- Strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship

- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

- 1-3 years of accessory installation experience

- Experience installing vehicle graphics, decals, or wraps

- Automotive customization, upfitting, or aftermarket accessory experience

- Associate's degree or technical certification

- Graphic installation experience
