We’re partnering with a thriving healthcare communications agency looking for an Account Manager to join its London team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with medical communications agency experience who enjoys the pace of agency life, loves building strong client relationships, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping great work.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading healthcare communications projects from brief to delivery
- Building trusted day-to-day client relationships
- Keeping projects on track, on budget, and running smoothly
- Working closely with scientific and creative teams to deliver high-quality programmes
- Supporting account growth and mentoring junior colleagues

What we’re looking for

- Medical communications agency experience
- Strong communication and project management skills
- A proactive, organised approach
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent client service
