Work Location : BangaloreROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Client HR team and Hiring Managersto understand requirements and cascade them to the backend delivery SPOC for smooth execution.

ManageRPO coordination activities , including requirement gathering, candidate tracking, follow-ups, and recruitment delivery.

HandleNon-IT recruitmentacrossManufacturing, Plant Hiring, Electronics and Electrical ,Engineering Hiring.

Coordinate with the backend delivery teamto ensure timely execution and closure of requirements.

Ensure client satisfactionthrough effective coordination, regular communication, and timely resolution of concerns.

Participate actively inweekly review callswith the backend delivery SPOC and Account Head, and monitor progress to avoid any deviations or escalations.

Manage escalations proactivelyby identifying issues and providing timely solutions to client concerns

Supporting the client HR teamin other transactional areas, if requested

Maintaining daily/weekly MIS/ reportsPRE-REQUISITES

5–10 years of experiencein recruitment/coordination- NON IT

Strong experience inNon-IT recruitment , particularly inManufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering Hiring, and Corporate Function Hiring .

Experience inRPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment rolesis preferred.

Good understanding of theend-to-end recruitment lifecycleand stakeholder management.

Experience inrequirement gathering and cascading requirements to the backend delivery teamfor timely execution.

Good knowledge ofdata management, MIS, recruitment reports, and recruitment tracking

Notice Period:Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred.

Should be comfortable working5 days WFO at the client location in Bangalore
