Job DescriptionAccounting Specialist - Lease Accounting We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join a centralised finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support lease accounting activities across international entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, and compliance with US GAAP and relevant lease accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day lease accounting activities.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments. Maintain accurate lease records and accounting data. Support month-end close and P&L/balance sheet analysis.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements. Work closely with international finance teams and internal stakeholders. Support internal and external audits.

Analyse large datasets and contribute to process improvements. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. Must be ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified 2-4 years' relevant accounting experience.

Knowledge of US GAAP and lease accounting/ASC 842. Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system. Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Experience with reconciliations, journals, and month-end close. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment. TPBN1_IJ
