## Job Description

Dear Folks,

**We are looking for Lead Accounts Payable position.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the Accounts Payable & Banking activities of the Company.
- Leadership skills to lead team size of 3-5 members.
- Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and financial operations within the company.
- Daily Payment Batch run, review Advance payments & timely escalation handling
- Periodic Vendor Reconciliation (key requirement).
- 3 Way matching System PO, GRN & Invoice
- Well versed with (P2P) Procure to Payment cycle.
- GRN Based Purchase & Expenses Invoice booking.
- Statutory compliances - TDS, PF, PT, ESIC Payments and Return Filing.
- Should have comprehensive Knowledge of GST & TDS
- Should be well versed with Accounting Entries (key requirement).
- Running AP Reports, Advance Reports, GRN reports from System for analysis.
- Manage and Monitor banking activities of the organization.
- Banking Operations (FD Creation, OD creation, Lien Removal, All banking Forms filling etc).
- ERP knowledge is an added advantage (JD Edwards, SAP & Navision preferred).

Reporting to : Finance Manager 

Location : Mumbai - Mahalaxmi

Experience : 5+ years

**Educational Qualification:**

B.Com / CA Inter with 5 to 6 + yrs of experience in Accounts Payable.

Have prior experience of leading a team of 3-4 people
