## Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist job at Accentuate Staffing. Raleigh, NC.

Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work fully remote to support a client with an automation project. This position will be 90 days in duration and 40 hours per week. How are Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This is a remote opportunity but you must live in NC.

### Responsibilities

- Invoice processing – receive, verify, and process vendor invoices through Inspryus Software

- Ensure invoices are accurate and complete

- Research discrepancies using OCR technology

- Work with operations to correct discrepancies

- Payment management

### Requirements

- 3 years of high-volume accounts payable processing experience

- Must be proficient with MS Office and a touchless AP Software like Coupa, AvidXChange, Inspryus, Sage, Netsuite, etc.

- OCR Technology experience is needed

- Strong attention to detail

- Must be self-motivated and able to work remotely with no distractions
