## Job Description

- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication

- Assist in Accounts Receivable duties

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing

- Support other administrative functions such as copying, scanning and managing incoming/outgoing mail
