The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, including providing course information, explaining program benefits, and clarifying fees and enrollment procedures. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and online channels; conducting counseling sessions; giving center tours; and maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions in the internal system.

The role involves supporting outreach activities, such as seminars, events, and school/college visits, and collaborating with the academic and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students. The Admissions Counselor is expected to meet enrollment targets while maintaining a positive, ethical, and student-focused approach.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to counsel prospective students and interact with families.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and provide a supportive, student-centric experience.Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments while maintaining integrity and transparency.Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience in academic counseling, training institutes, or similar environments.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to maintain organized records.Ability to work on-site in Agra, meet targets, collaborate with teams, and communicate clearly in English and local languages as needed.
