Job Description **Aesthetic Registered Nurse Opportunity with Foundation Health**

This role requires the Aesthetic Registered Nurse to have their own client list to bring to the clinic. They will have full use of a treatment room, reception and facilities.

**Job Description**

Aesthetic Registered Nurses provide care to individuals who need assistance as they deal with the effects of aging, injury, surgery, or illness. 

As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will: 

- Conduct consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments.

- Administer non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to:

- Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport)

- Dermal fillers

- Laser treatments (hair removal, skin resurfacing)

- Microneedling, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.

- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and professional nursing standards.

- Manage medical inventory and sterilize equipment as required.

- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments and industry trends.

- Provide excellent patient care, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

**Qualifications**

- Have one of the following qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BScN)

- Bachelor of Nursing degree (BN)

- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario

- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) licensed to practice in Ontario (CNO registration required).

- Additional certification in medical aesthetics (e.g., Botox and filler training) is an asset.

- Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics preferred.

- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
