## Job Description

- You manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel) within the ALB network.

- Listing setup and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO)

- Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize each property's revenue

- Reservation management and guest relations (messages, check-in, dispute resolution)

- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays

- Prospecting new property owners who want to delegate the management of their assets

### Requirements

- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners

- Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation is what matters

- Desire for the autonomy of an independent role with the support of a structured network

- Intention to build long-term recurring income rather than a capped salary
