**What Youll Do**

- Administer anesthesia and monitor patient safety across a wide range of procedures. 
- Collaborate on individualized anesthesia care plans. 
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. 

**What Were Looking For**

- CRNA: BSN or healthcare bachelors degree + Masters/Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification. 
- CAA: Bachelors in healthcare + Masters in Anesthesiologist Assistant, certification required. 
- 12 years experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply.
