**Position Information**

**Position Title**: Assistant/Associate Professor (Management)

**Job Summary**: The preferred candidate will teach Principles of Marketing, Marketing/Sales Management, Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, Multinational Marketing, Professional Selling, and Promotional Strategy. The position requires the candidate to teach courses on site at Tuskegee University.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach Sales and Marketing courses.

- Conduct research and publish in academic Marketing, Sales, and Consumer Behavior publications.

- Participate in Tuskegee University events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- PhD in Business/Marketing from an AACSB accredited institution.

- The candidate is preferred to have scholarly academic (SA) status for AACSB standards.

- Candidate must be available to teach on site at Tuskegee University.

- Experience teaching within HBCU environments if preferred.

**Physical Demands**:

FLSA Exempt

**Status**: Full-Time

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Introduce students to Sales and Marketing simulations in Manufacturing, CPG, and other environments.
