**Lucy’s Vietnamese**, renowned for its classic Pho featuring mouth-watering 14-hour smoked brisket, has rapidly expanded to five locations—Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, and Ridgewood—since opening in 2015. Join our growing team!

We are seeking an **Assistant Manager** to oversee inventory, food quality, cost control, safety standards, and overall kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Ensure safe food storage and compliance with sanitation standards
- Document and maintain operational procedures
- Manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Oversee menu planning and ingredient ordering
- Handle shift scheduling

Ideal Candidate

Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about food. A Food Handler Protection Certificate is preferred (we can assist with certification while working with us).

Job Details

- Full-time position
- $5,300/month for 50 hours/week
- 2 weeks paid vacation, plus 4 paid holidays
- Quarterly performance bonus (eligible after a 90-day probation period)
- Restaurant type: Quick service / fast casual
- Shifts: 8–10 hours, including weekends
