## Job Description

Established in 1993, ours is a 100% export oriented unit and our customers are well known multinationals across the globe. We produce home furniture in sheet metal, tubes and plastic moulding.

**Responsibilities**

- Assistant Manager -Accounts is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounts department.
- GL Scrutiny, preparing monthly/quarterly reports to track financial performance, and managing Related Parties Transactions.
- Managing reconciliation of Accounts Payables, Trial Balance with the General Ledger control account.
- Handling day-to-day General Ledger accounting & reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis for assigned functional areas.
- Taking monthly provisions for fixed expenses, work orders as per work completion status, and vendor supplementary.
- Manages monthly Trial Balance, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet statements.
- Preparation of Statutory Working.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure to submit all required working.
- Posting of Vendor Payments – Liaisoning with Bank, Bill Discounting & Imports Payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage Fund Flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Accounting and maintaining audit books of records for Fixed Assets Management.
- Knowledge of TDS filing and Return
- Knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR -3B, GSTR -2B and reconciliation, GST Refund etc.
- Knowledge of Export/Import compliances, Export related benefits, Drawbacks etc.
- Working knowledge of SAAP and advanced Excel.

**Qualifications**

- Masters‘ degree in Commerce. MBA in Finance is an added advantage.
- 12+ years of experience in related field
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
