Assistant Manager / Key Holder

**Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse**

We're looking for who has a passion for the industry. The ideal candidate is someone who believes in teamwork and can lead by example. There is no task too big or too small to put their hands into to get the job done.

Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse is looking for an Assistant Manager who is able to multi-task on any given day. This is a full-time position but can be a hybrid bartending position for the right individual.

Daily Task Include:

                Opening or Closing the restaurant

                Running the shift smoothly and efficiently

                Manage FOH inventory

                Support and motive the FOH team to ensure proper service

                Help on the floor whenever and wherever based on team needs

                Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

                Collaborate on Seasonal cocktail menus and drink specials

 

Job Requirements

                Previous restaurant management preferred

                Bartending/Serving knowledge

                The willingness to learn and grow within the Cav’s family of restaurants

                Someone who leads by example

                A positive attitude and a sense of urgency

                A guest focused mindset
