Location: Medley / Doral Area – Miami, FL

Pay: $16.00 per hour

- Sweet Carocas is a fast-growing manufacturer of premium refrigerated and frozen desserts. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our pastry production team and help us create high-quality desserts enjoyed throughout South Florida.

What You'll Do

- Assist the Pastry Chef with daily dessert production.
- Measure, prepare, and organize ingredients.
- Support mixing, baking, assembling, filling, portioning, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Help maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Comply with FDA, GMP, and HACCP food safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous kitchen, bakery, or food production experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a most
