## Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented **Server Assistant** to support our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position combines the responsibilities of **Busser, Food Runner, and Drink Runner** , requiring speed, organization, teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Support servers by bussing, resetting, and maintaining immaculate tables and dining areas.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately, efficiently, and with proper presentation.
- Assist with guest requests and anticipate service needs throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock service stations, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.

Qualifications 

- Previous experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Strong ability to memorize the restaurant floor plan, table numbers, food menu, and beverage program.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
