Responsibilities Experience, or an interest in Real Estate is advantageous The ability to prioritise and manage business tasks is essential, with planning and organisational skills to manage the unexpected as well as anticipated issues or events, with or without support Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret comprehensive information and/or customer requirements, would be beneficial Good influencing skills and ability to build positive working relationships with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders are essential Experience of working in relevant environments, i.e.
Corporate Banking/Business Banking is essential Able to identify and meet challenging customer needs with proven experience of leading delivery of excellent customer service is essential Comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/other's compliance with relevant regulatory processes is advantageous An excellent understanding of Bank's systems - including Browser Main Menu, Document Viewer, Excel, Word, Outlook.
