Position Overview The Associate Periodontist will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical/non-surgical management of all aspects of periodontal disease and related conditions. The role requires a comprehensive skill set, including a healthy mix of dental implants, conventional periodontal treatment, laser periodontal therapy, and soft tissue grafting. The associate will work closely with our existing team of professionals to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities - Clinical Care: - Practice Operations: Required Qualifications and Skills - DDS/DMD degree or equivalent. - Completion of an ADA accredited Periodontics Residency program. - Current and unrestricted state dental license. - Valid IV conscious sedation permit. - Proven experience in a wide range of periodontal procedures, including implants, laser therapy, and grafting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong commitment to patient education and comfort. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Schedule & Compensation - Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring the associate to be available to work 184 days per year (4 day work week) - Compensation: Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications, including a potential for production-based bonuses. - Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to be discussed during the interview process.
