**Position:** Music Production Expert - Bengali
**Type:** **Contract**
**Compensation:** **$11–$19/hour**
**Location:** **Remote**
**Duration:** **Up to 6 months**
**Commitment:** **20+ hours/week**

**Role Responsibilities**

- Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality, creativity, and production quality. 
- Compare songs head-to-head on prompt adherence, vocal quality, and mix quality. 
- Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, and vocals. 
- Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy against reference material. 
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance. 

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have**

- Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali. 
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English. 
- 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer. 
- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening. 

**Preferred**

- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition. 
- Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work. 
- Broad familiarity with contemporary Bengali genres, sub-genres, and artists. 

**Start Date**

- Immediate
