Audit Director - Future OpportunitiesExperience Level: Senior Leadership

OverviewThe Audit Director provides senior-level oversight of U.S. audit engagements and offshore audit delivery. This role focuses on quality oversight, technical leadership, people development, and strong collaboration with U.S. partners and engagement leaders.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight of multiple U.S. audit engagementsEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and firm quality standardsReview complex audit areas and financial statement disclosuresPartner with U.S. leadership on engagement planning, resourcing, and deliveryLead quality initiatives and continuous process improvement

Team Leadership & People ManagementDevelop and mentor managers, supervisors, and senior staffDrive performance management, coaching, and capability developmentEnsure consistency, quality, and scalability across audit teams

Qualifications12+ years of progressive audit experience in public accountingCA/CPA preferred but not requiredDeep technical expertise in U.S. auditing standards and complex audit mattersProven leadership and cross-border collaboration experience
