Are you a CPA with strong public accounting experience and a background auditing **alternative investment funds**? This could be your next career move.

We’re looking for an experienced **Audit Manager** to join a growing Financial Services practice, working with an impressive portfolio of **Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Real Estate fund clients**.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Lead all phases of complex audit engagements

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Mentor and develop Associates, Senior Associates and Supervisors

- Provide technical guidance and oversee high-quality audit delivery

- Partner with leadership on business development and practice growth

- Play a key role in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment

### What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

- 5+ years of public accounting experience (or equivalent)

- Experience auditing VC, PE, Real Estate or other alternative investment funds

- Strong technical accounting and audit knowledge

- Excellent communication and engagement management skills

- A proven track record of developing and leading teams

**Location:** California – multiple office locations available

**Salary:** $180,000 - $240,000 depending on experience, skills, certifications and location
