## Job Description

**Bark Barbecue has opened its second 8,700 sq. ft. flagship destination in the heart of North Brooklyn (East Williamsburg/Bushwick) and is seeking hospitality professionals to join our team.**

This is an opportunity to be part of an industry-leading buildout from the ground up, helping shape the systems, culture, and standards of a high-volume restaurant focused on exceptional barbecue, hospitality, and craftsmanship.

**Position: Back Server / Support**

Back Servers play a critical role in supporting the dining room and guest experience teams. Responsibilities include food running, clearing and resetting tables, stocking service stations, assisting service staff, maintaining cleanliness throughout service, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Ideal Candidates**

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, dependable, and willing to support wherever needed
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest experience
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in high-volume service environments
