Job Description **XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is NOW HIRING for an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter!** 

We are looking for a skilled **On-Site Bilingual Recruiter** to attract, recruit, and hire quality candidates for a fast-paced staffing operation.

**Compensation:** $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
**Location:** Plant City, FL 33566

**What You Will Be Doing** 

- Partner with hiring managers to gather position requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of light industrial positions.
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods to recruit top talent.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive hiring experience.

**Position Requirements** 

- Full-cycle recruiting experience within a light industrial staffing agency.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent phone, communication, and basic computer skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience interviewing and vetting candidates both over the phone and in person.
- Knowledge of sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and social media.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
