$22-$30/hr DOE

We're looking for a **Bindery Operator** who thrives in a **fast-paced manufacturing environment** and enjoys hands-on work with **commercial print finishing equipment**. Whether you're already experienced in bindery operations or have a strong mechanical background and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Operate bindery and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
- Set up and run jobs according to production specifications
- Monitor quality throughout the production process
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor machine repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

**Equipment Experience**

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- MBO Pile Feed Folders
- MBO Continuous Feed Folders
- Stahl Continuous Feed Folders
- Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers
- Polar Cutters
- Heidelberg Cylinder Die Cutters

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years Commercial bindery experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to take ownership of your work and consistently deliver quality results
