### Business Development (BR)

Timo is a global platform expanding across Southeast Asia, ARC, Brazil, and beyond! We specialize in chat, party rooms, and gaming, creating engaging social entertainment experiences for users worldwide.

We are looking for a Business Development to manage and grow our network of agencies in Brazil. If you have a passion for operations, partnerships, and strategy, this could be the role for you!

### Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard agencies and hosts, ensuring performance and engagement targets are met.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with guild leaders and streamers.
- Organize events and campaigns to boost community engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies using data insights.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all community members.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years experience in social/voice chat/live streaming/gaming platforms.
- Proven recruitment and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
