## Job Description

Permanent, full-time Business Systems Analyst role supporting a growing payroll systems team for a complex, multi-jurisdictional North American payroll environment.

- High-ownership role providing Level 2/3 support for an enterprise SAP payroll platform, plus involvement in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.

- Entrepreneurial, improvement-focused team culture with genuine cross-functional exposure across the organization.

### What & Why:

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their payroll systems team as it grows, providing Level 2 and 3 support for their North American payroll platform in a live production environment. This role calls for someone with hands-on experience supporting end-to-end SAP payroll in production, along with the broader BSA responsibilities around improvement initiatives, testing, and cross-functional projects. This is a high-ownership, technically grounded role with real production support accountability, and an opportunity to contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives beyond day-to-day payroll support.

### Who:

Our client is a large, established North American organization with operations across North America. Their HR Systems team is responsible for the sustainment and continuous improvement of enterprise payroll systems supporting a complex, multi-jurisdictional workforce. The environment is SAP-centric, and the team operates in a collaborative, cross-functional model engaging closely with IT, application managed services providers, and external vendors.

### You:

You'll bring the following experience and capabilities:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Payroll including configuration, implementation, and live production support in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.

- Demonstrated experience supporting SAP payroll in a live production environment, with full end-to-end payroll cycle knowledge.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for resolving complex technical and process issues.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders across multiple layers of an organization.

### Compensation:

This role pays between $120,000 to $145,000 per annum as well as a solid benefits package.
