Experience - 4 to 6 Years

Role - Campaign Manager

Location - Bengaluru

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of performance marketing experience within a digital agency, brand, or app-based

company; Affiliate marketing experience is a plus.

2. Should be a self-starter with the ability to independently own internal projects/tasks and prioritise based on impact and urgency.

3. Advanced strategic and operational expertise in Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads.

4. Proven experience across all campaign types: Google (Search, Display, YT, App, PMax, Demand

Gen) and Facebook (Awareness to Sales).

5. Excellent understanding of ad platforms, audience research, in-app events, optimisations, pixels, and campaign automation.

6. Proficiency with AI tools (Gemini / Claude / ChatGPT / Perplexity) for advanced data analysis and

reporting.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to execute experiments and A/B tests

9. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business reports.

10. Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices.

11. Comfortable with a start-up environment and hustle culture
