CRNA Opportunity Northwest Indiana

Excellent ongoing locum opportunity at a supportive hospital-based, all-CRNA site in Northwest Indiana.

Assignment Details:

- Start Date: January 21, 2026 Ongoing

- Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00a 3:00p + call (3p 7a)

- Call: Every night; minimal call backs (average 2 3 per month)

- Setting: Hospital-based; 1 OR

- Cases: General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry

- Skills Required: Epidurals, spinals, and blocks

- EMR: Medaxion

- Credentialing: days (temps available for qualified candidates)

Requirements:

- Active Indiana license

- NBCRNA certification

- BLS, ACLS, PALS

- Clean background and malpractice history preferred
