## Job Description

**CRNA in McMinnville, Oregon** Join a CRNA-led anesthesia team where you'll practice independently, enjoy meaningful autonomy, and work in a collaborative environment built around high-quality patient care. This opportunity offers outstanding compensation, a broad case mix, and generous time off while practicing at the top of your license in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley.

**Schedule**

- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM No night shifts
- Average 32-40 hours/week
- Call 1:7 weekdays & weekends Post-call day always off Take call from home

**Case Mix**

- General surgery, orthopedics, OB/L&D, bariatrics, urology, gynecology, healthy pediatrics, and regional anesthesia opportunities

**Compensation & Benefits**

- W2: $300,: $360,000
- Signing bonus up to $50,000
- 13 weeks guaranteed PTO
- Medical 100% covered Dental & Vision 75% covered
- Professional liability $1M/$3M included

- $2,500 CME reimbursement License fees & AANA dues covered
- No moonlighting restrictions

**Requirements**

- Active Oregon CRNA license (or eligibility)
- NBCRNA board certification
- DEA registration
- BLS/ACLS
