The Role:

Location: Fredonia - Dunkirk, NY

- Assignment duration: 6 -12 months

- Shift Type: 8 hours. Regular Hours: Required.

- In House Call: Not Needed

- Other Shift Type: Preferred beeper call after 8 hour shift

- Cases: General, Ortho

- OT: Not expected

- Site Charting System: iPro

- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4

- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes

- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 1 to 4

- Are MDs doing their own cases: No

- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No

- Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
