**Job Description:**

- The Change Management & CMDB Analyst (L2) is responsible for managing and governing IT Change Management processes and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- The role ensures all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and documented in accordance with ITIL best practices while maintaining reliable configuration item (CI) relationships and asset data
