About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its transportation and logistics division. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the organization through its next chapter, with a focus on sharing experience, strengthening operations, and ensuring a smooth succession. This role is ideal for a respected executive with a background in transportation, logistics, trucking, warehousing, or supply chain, who has a proven track record in leading complex logistics organizations and is dedicated to building on a strong foundation.

The CEO will be expected to have a strong understanding of trucking operations, logistics management, fleet operations, customer relationships, and warehousing, and to demonstrate the ability to mentor and develop executive-level leaders. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have at least 15 years of executive leadership experience in a relevant industry, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement. An advanced degree is preferred.

The role requires a leader with financial and operational business acumen, outstanding communication, and relationship-building skills, and a leadership style that is honest, trustworthy, humble, and respected. Preferred experience includes truckload transportation, warehousing and distribution, safety culture and compliance, P&L responsibility, business development, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will be well-established in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area, and be prepared to take on an executive leadership opportunity within a stable, financially sound organization with a long-term career perspective and an outstanding company culture.
