About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to spearhead enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and administrative modernization. The CTO will be a key strategic leader, with a focus on advancing the company's strategic priorities and enhancing organizational agility. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to strengthen institutional effectiveness, improve service delivery, and support transformational investment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for functional line operations and will work to develop resources for generational transformation, particularly in the areas of flexible revenue for faculty and program investment. As the inaugural CTO, the ideal candidate will be a bold, innovative, and collaborative leader with excellent operations experience. They will be tasked with examining institutional strategic and operational priorities, executing a roadmap for implementation, and prioritizing holistic student success and access.

The CTO will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, reducing redundancy, and eliminating silos to create a more centralized operations structure. A key aspect of the role is to work through influence, empowering unit-level leaders, and partnering with senior leaders to ensure stability, transparency, and strategic growth. The CTO will be a facilitative relationship builder, enhancing communication and collaboration across the multi-campus enterprise, and will support the ongoing budget transformation initiative by examining institutional finances and enhancing the distribution of shared resources.
