**Must live within a drivable distance of Minneapolis, MN for this hybrid with travel, one-year contract.**

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be **$80/hour to $85/hour.**

This role will focus on civil engineering support for wind, solar and battery installations.

### Responsibilities

- Responsible for planning, designing and construction support.

- Assisted with RFIs and finding resolutions.

- Assisting in contract negotiations and resolutions.

### Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience. Background with DOT, government agency or civil contractor experience will be helpful.

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from ABET-accredited school.

- Familiarity with Google Earth

- Experience with grading, drainage and renewable energy projects would be helpful.

- EIT preferred but not required.
