As a Teacher Aide, you'll support the teacher in fostering a nurturing and productive educational setting, assisting with student needs, managing classroom logistics, and helping to implement daily lesson plans. Responsibilities: - Assisting the classroom teacher - Work with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed material - Assist in compiling classroom communications - Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and a safe learning environment - Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as needed - Support with personal care or hygiene as needed, including toileting Required Qualifications:-High School Diploma or equivalent-Experience working with children with Special Educational needs-Experience working with personal care-US Work Authorization.
