## Job Description

### Summary

Deliver exceptional, relationship-driven luxury retail experiences by guiding clients through personalized styling and product discovery. This in-store role focuses on building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high presentation and operational standards. The Client Advisor/Stylist supports merchandising, clienteling, and daily boutique operations to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.

### Responsibilities

- Create and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service. 
- Provide styling guidance across categories, curate looks, and prepare for client appointments. 
- Use CRM tools to capture client data, execute targeted campaigns, and meet CRM and sales KPIs. 
- Support merchandise presentation, replenishment, and stock management to maintain floor standards. 
- Assist with sales transactions and operational tasks, including shipping, receiving, and POS use when needed. 

### Requirements

- Previous luxury retail sales experience with client-focused relationship building. 
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting targets. 
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Computer proficiency with POS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus. 
- Action-oriented, problem-solver, and team player.
