If you have a background in sales or marketing, can handle a high volume of client leads and track relationships, are a good communicator, and enjoy client interaction, this position is for you! We are seeking a positive, outgoing, and confident person who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional work environment. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Responsibilities: - Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed - Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge - Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed - Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints - Build partnerships with community business owners, including financial planners, CPAs, and insurance agents. - Attend networking events to market Gilbert Law services. - Re-engage potential clients who cancelled or postponed meetings. - Assist clients and financial advisors with funding investments to trusts. - Work with the legal team to ensure client files are moving through the process smoothly and efficiently. - Work with the partner attorney to ensure the systems are efficient and provide a positive client experience. Qualifications: - Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills - Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere - Bachelor's Degree Required. - Personal Transportation Required. - High-energy, Self-Motivated, and Driven to Succeed.
