## Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to manage B2B marketing campaigns and build strong relationships with clients across events, webinars, lead generation, ABM and demand generation programs. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships. • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable campaign plans. • Manage end-to-end execution of events, webinars, roundtables, lead generation and ABM campaigns. • Coordinate with internal teams including Events, Digital, Audience Acquisition, Telecalling, Creative and Content. • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and client expectations. • Track and report campaign performance, leads, registrations, attendance and engagement. • Conduct regular client reviews and share campaign insights and recommendations. • Handle client feedback, escalations and ensure timely resolution. • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account growth. • Support proposals, presentations, campaign plans and commercial discussions.
