## Job Description

We are hiring **Clinical Nurse Manager 2- Theatre**,Posts for a hospital located in Tralee, Ireland.

Permanent Full-time-Time37.5 hours per week

**Responsibilities**

Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards through an evidence-based approach.

Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership within the designated area.

Ensure quality assurance within the designated area while maintaining high standards of clinical practice and promoting the efficient allocation of resources.

Manage staffing levels, support staff development, and promote practice development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the nursing team.

Coordinate the assessment, planning, implementation, and review of patient care in accordance with BSHS standards.

Maintain compliance with safety protocols, organisational policies, and best practices in patient care.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and overall patient experience.

### Requirements

Registered Nurse with active registration on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) register.

Maintain current annual registration with NMBI.

Postgraduate qualification or relevant additional education is desirable.

Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, including at least 2 years’ experience within the relevant speciality or related area.

Demonstrate the clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to effectively fulfil the requirements of the role.

Experience using an electronic health record system is desirable.

Previous preceptorship experience is desirable.
