### The Role

Artemis seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator for the San Diego office. Under the supervision of the Site Director, the coordinator will manage study conduct from planning through close‑out, ensuring integrity, quality, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines.

### Position Details

**Position Type:** Full Time

**Pay Range:** $27 - $32/hr

**Location:** San Diego (no remote work)

**Travel:** 0%

**Work Schedule:** Monday & Thursday – 8:30 am–5:00 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday – 7:00 am–3:30 pm

### Duties / Responsibilities

- In‑depth understanding of Pharmaceutical Sponsor/Industry‑initiated FDA studies to conduct the study with excellent quality

- Support Clinical Research Coordinators II and Sr. CRCs in all study aspects, including informed consent, visit procedures, data entry, query resolution, investigational product management, and monitoring visits

- Provide the highest level of care for study patients and deliver excellent customer service to Pharmaceutical clients

- Assist with lab draws, processing, and shipping

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator

- Medical assistant or phlebotomist qualification required
- Commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service

- Excellent communication, punctual and responsible

- Highly organized

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Trustworthy, reliable, and attentive to detail

- Mature and pleasant demeanor

- Willingness to learn new tasks and grow with the company
