## Job Description

Job Type: Direct Hire/Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspections using CMM equipment, including PC-DMIS and Hexagon systems

- Conduct inspections according to documented procedures using written and verbal instructions

- Troubleshoot inspection methods and resolve quality-related issues

- Coordinate calibration of measuring and inspection equipment

- Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers for discrepant customer parts

- Perform rework and inspection of returned materials

- Generate and support customer corrective actions

- Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns and resolutions

- Maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation

Qualifications

- Experience with inspection equipment and CMM programming required

- Proficiency with PC-DMIS and Hexagon systems preferred

- Strong understanding of quality inspection procedures and measuring techniques

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule

- Monday through Friday

- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation

- Up to $45.00 per hour
