CNC Setup Machinist - Aerospace Prototype Shop (Mastercam / Fanuc)

Shift: Days Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Experience Level: Senior 7+ years Why This Role Exists Synkronos is expanding to support rapid growth and large-scale aerospace programs. This role supports prototype helicopter and flight vehicle manufacturing in a highly collaborative, small-team environment. You'll work directly alongside experienced programmers and machinists rather than being left on your own.

The Work You'll Be Doing Set up CNC mills and lathes Make edits at the machine Modify programs when needed Support prototype and low-volume work Select tooling and fixtures Read aerospace blueprints and legacy drawings Verify part quality and dimensions Machines, Controls & Software Machines: Ibarmia ZVH 58 Doosan Puma 5700 Controls: Fanuc Heidenhain Software: Mastercam Multi-Axis What We're Looking For Required: 7+ years machining experience Strong setup background Blueprint and GD&T experience Ability to edit programs Comfortable with changing priorities Preferred: Aerospace experience Mastercam exposure Multi-axis machining Pay, Benefits & Schedule Pay: $45-$58/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Flexible work culture with strong work-life balance.
