Eutopia Search are working with large, well-established businesses looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team.

Leading a team of 3 finance professionals, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering, providing the insight that supports strategic decision-making across the organisation.

**The role:**

• Lead and develop a team of 3

• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting

• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business

• Provide financial analysis and actionable commercial insight

• Challenge and influence business decisions to drive profitability and performance

• Support strategic projects and continuous process improvement
