Job Description A Fort Lauderdale Law Firm has an opening for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney. You will work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, and property management agreements. 

**Responsibilities:**

- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
- Coordinate closings and manage all aspects of the transaction process.
- Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate investments and developments.

​​**Qualifications:**

- 7+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
