**Job Description**

- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, leases, lease amendments, and related transaction documents
- Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development transactions, leasing, asset management, joint ventures, and finance-related real estate matters
- Support complex office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and portfolio real estate transactions
- Work closely with attorneys across the firm to move sophisticated deals forward efficiently and strategically
- Serve clients through the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions
- Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, internal team members, and deal stakeholders

**Qualifications**

- Georgia Bar admission in good standing required
- 4+ years of relevant commercial real estate legal experience preferred
- Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, or finance matters
- Ability to manage complex transactions in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive work ethic
