Talento Search Group has an opening for a Composites Technician in the Miamisburg, Ohio area. This is a direct-hire position.Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manufacture composite products

- Prepare molds, prepare resins and fabric, set up ovens, transfer resins, and monitor process parameters

- Responsible for production quality

Experience Needed:

- At least 1 year of composites manufacturing experience

- Associates Degree is preferred

- Experience operating cranes or forklifts

- Experience reading schematics and diagrams
