# Construction Installer

## Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, be responsible for a variety of tasks on active job sites, including preparing work areas, operating tools and equipment, loading/unloading materials, and supporting other tradespeople as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Perform installations of products and systems according to specifications and guidelines.

- Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to verify quality and compliance with safety standards.

- Perform physical labor on construction sites including demolition, excavation, and material handling

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any materials used and time spent on each project.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job site.

Requirements

- Ability to travel up to 75%

- Previous experience in construction or a related field

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.

- Strong attention to safety and detail

- Valid driver's license

- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in every project undertaken.
