## Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious **Project Manager** to lead the delivery of a new school project in Drogheda. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant education development while joining a well-established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Ireland.

### The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of the project from commencement through to completion. You'll lead the site team, manage subcontractors, work closely with the client and design team, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

### What You'll Be Doing

- Leading the day-to-day delivery of the project on site.

- Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.

- Driving programme performance and ensuring key milestones are achieved.

- Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality.

- Coordinating with clients, consultants and design teams to resolve issues efficiently.

- Monitoring project costs and commercial performance alongside the commercial team.

- Identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions.

- Providing regular progress updates to senior management.

- Building strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.

### What We're Looking For

- Approximately 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager role with a main contractor.

- Proven experience delivering construction projects from start to finish.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent planning, organisational and communication abilities.

- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to problem solving.

- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

- Experience delivering education, healthcare or public sector projects is desirable but not essential.
