## Job Description

Satcha Investments Limited, a mid‑sized rapidly expanding homebuilder in Edmonton, is hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to begin immediately. Candidates must be willing to work at various locations in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

### Compensation

Hourly wage: $37.00 per hour for 30–44 hours per week.

### Employment Term

Permanent and Full‑Time. Part‑time availability is encouraged.

### Work Conditions

Evenings, days, weekends, and overtime are required.

### Qualifications

- Languages: English

- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate

- Experience: Minimum of two years in a related field

- Work setting: Residential and Commercial Construction

- Work location: Various locations

### Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on‑site to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

- Prepare and maintain progress reports, site logs, and production updates for management review.

- Plan, schedule, and assign work to tradespersons, labourers, and subcontractors.

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide site operations and ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Estimate labour, material, and equipment requirements and monitor usage to control costs.

- Requisition and manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards and enforce site safety protocols.

- Inspect work in progress and completed tasks to ensure quality control and adherence to building codes.

- Train workers or arrange for training to improve skills, safety awareness, and productivity.

- Recommend hiring, promotion, or disciplinary actions based on worker performance.

- Set up and oversee the use of construction equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operation.

- Resolve work‑related issues and provide technical guidance and direction to team members.
